Mrs. Portia Harrigan is the founder and director of eCamps British Virgin Islands. Portia, a graduate of Florida International University has a varied background in tourism management, events coordination and publishing. She is a strong advocate for women’s and children’s interests, having coordinated and hosted women’s conferences in the Virgin Islands and at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas.
Portia’s vision for eCamps BVI is to enlighten, empower and educate children, particularly of the BVI and wider Caribbean, exposing them to the requirements of becoming well rounded global citizens. She is the mother of four amazing young women.

Ms. Shanique Thompkins
Shanique Thompkins is a lover of life, strategy, and technology. She believes that communication is an essential building block in the foundation of any business. Mrs. Thompkins holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s in English and Business Administration. She built her first website in the mid 90’s and launched her first eCommerce business in the late 90’s. Mrs. Thompkins currently operates an eCommerce business using the Amazon.com platform. Her passion for educating young people stems from a decade of homeschooling and tutoring.

Ms. Nekita Turnbull
Branding and Advertising
Nekita Turnbull obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications, with a concentration in creative advertising from the University of South Florida, Tampa. She is currently employed with the Government at GIS and previously worked at the Beacon and Oyster Global Marketing Group.
As a Kidpreneur Instructor, she brings four years of experience in campaign building, branding, and integrated marketing. Ms. Turnbull will provide the basic knowledge about advertising and guide each Kidpreneur team in developing a sound campaign for their budding businesses.
Mr. Relly Hanley
Relly, a recent graduate of the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College, with an Associate's Degree in computer studies, has worked in the New Testament Church of God Audio/Video Ministry for the past ten years. He began as a cameraman and through hard work and dedication, has worked his way up to Assistant Media Director. He has also been able to hone his skills as a videographer/cinematographer with TMB Media, which is one of the leading media houses in the Virgin Islands.
